Who Is Writing This?

I am a 20 year old full time Kennesaw State University student currently studying Finance and Economics with a focus on statistical data at the Coles College of Business, while working at a distinguished real estate firm here in Atlanta. I am also a licensed REALTOR in the state of Georgia, and have held that credential since June 2008.

     While living in Atlanta I got to witness the unbelievable jump and the terrifying fall of the real estate market, the bright beginnings and the horrifying demises of corporations, and the overall flourishes and contractions of the Atlanta economy. After obtaining some knowledge and dexterity in gathering economical data, converting it to statistical charts and presenting it in an easy to understand fashion I decided to bring forward my personal interpertations of current market trends and to share my predictions about the Atlanta economy in a clear, unclogged, unpolluted and most importantly unbiased manner.
